01Delete from within the app
If you can still sign in, the fastest way is in the app: open Settings → Delete Account. You'll see a preview of what will be removed (including any communities you own and active subscriptions), confirm, and the deletion request starts immediately.
02Send your request
If you can no longer access the app, email hello@kriip.com with the details below and we will process your request.
03Information to include
Your email must include:
- Full Name (as used on the platform)
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for Deletion Request (optional)
- Statement of Authorization
04Authorization statement
Include this statement in your email: “I am requesting permanent deletion of my personal data associated with this account.”
05What happens next
We verify the request comes from the account owner, then permanently delete the account and the personal information associated with it. Deletion is not reversible.
A limited amount of information may be retained where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations), for as long as that obligation applies. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days.
