This Privacy Policy explains how Kriip LLC ("Kriip," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, communities, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It also describes the choices and rights available to you.

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, handle, email address, profile details, account credentials, community content, messages, support requests, survey responses, and creator or payout information.

If you make a purchase, payment providers process your payment details. Kriip may receive transaction records, subscription status, billing identifiers, and limited payment information, but we do not store full payment-card numbers.

We may collect device and browser details, IP address, identifiers, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP, pages or screens viewed, interactions, referrals, crash reports, diagnostics, and security logs. If you connect a wallet or exchange, we may receive the public wallet address, connection status, asset or position information you authorize, and transaction-related data. We never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase.

We use personal information to provide and personalize the Services; create and secure accounts; power communities, messaging, signals, subscriptions, and connected features; process payments and payouts; communicate with you; provide support; detect fraud and abuse; enforce our terms; comply with law; and analyze and improve performance.

Where required, we rely on an appropriate legal basis, such as performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Kriip.

Profile details and content you post may be visible to other users based on the community and privacy settings you choose. We may also share information with vendors that provide hosting, analytics, communications, moderation, customer support, payment, identity, security, and infrastructure services.

We may disclose information when required by law; to protect people, rights, and the Services; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or at your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, understand usage, and protect the Services. Browser and device settings may let you limit some technologies, though doing so can affect functionality.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we hold it. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can update certain profile and preference information in the Services, manage device permissions, unsubscribe from non-essential marketing, or request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

Kriip and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The Services may link to or connect with wallets, exchanges, app stores, payment providers, and other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this policy does not cover how they handle information.

We may update this policy as our practices, Services, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above; when required, we will provide additional notice.
